The team is seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent agents that utilize persistent context and memory, enhancing user interactions through advanced AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build agents with persistent context and memory to improve user experience.
- Design and implement self-learning feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to leverage domain knowledge.
- Oversee conversation state and orchestration for seamless interactions.
- Integrate with large language model (LLM) APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and open-source alternatives.
- Iterate rapidly, delivering updates daily and measuring progress weekly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom solutions.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in AI development, with a focus on agent-based systems or related fields.
