About this role
The team is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer specializing in ITSM and Enterprise Automation to join their team during the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for building and operating next-generation AI-driven IT operations within a modern enterprise environment. You will play a key role in transforming IT service delivery through agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions for IT service management.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing IT processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI operations and IT automation.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in IT operations, with a focus on AI and automation.
