About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level to support the ongoing delivery of agentic AI-enabled automation across document-heavy and operational workflows. This role is crucial for transitioning critical automation work from high-cost contractors to a more efficient, full-time role while maintaining execution capability and momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and enhancing automation solutions that are repeatable and embedded in core operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and improve existing workflows.
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms that drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide hands-on support for the deployment and maintenance of automation tools and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI and automation technologies, with a strong understanding of agentic AI principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or automation roles, preferably in a financial services or operational environment.
