About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong foundation in Salesforce development, along with hands-on experience in building and configuring Agentforce agents. The ideal candidate will be able to go beyond traditional automation, creating agents that can read CRM data and take autonomous actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Agentforce and Agent Builder.
- Develop and configure agents to perform actions based on CRM data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent performance and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices in AI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in building and deploying Agentforce agents.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and how they apply to CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and AI agent deployment.
