About this role
The team is seeking a skilled AEM + React JS Customization Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing custom AEM components and modern web applications using React, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Build scalable and reusable solutions using Sling Models, Sling Servlets, OSGi Services, HTL (Sightly), and JCR Repository.
- Develop and maintain Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Editable Templates.
- Implement AEM best practices for performance, maintainability, and security.
- Configure and optimize Dispatcher caching and content delivery.
- Develop modern web applications using React and related ecosystem libraries.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Design scalable front-end architectures using reusable component-based patterns.
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and product owners to deliver business requirements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.
- Integrate AEM with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
- Work with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe I/O APIs, authentication providers, and external microservices.
- Implement headless content delivery using GraphQL and Content Fragments.
- Experience with AI/GenAI solutions, particularly implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions is a strong advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AEM development and React JS.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Adobe products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in AEM and React development.
