About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AEM Developer to join the team’s team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on Cloud and AEM Content as a Service (CaaS). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM solutions on Cloud.
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AEM best practices.
- Ensure the performance and reliability of AEM applications through testing and optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AEM development techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to enhance the solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in Cloud and CaaS.
- Strong knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM development tools and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.
