The team is seeking an AEM Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of applications within their operational portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM and be responsible for implementing design patterns, supporting application code, and staying updated with technology standards and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain application codes for various projects.
- Implement design patterns to enhance application functionality.
- Stay current with technology standards and industry trends related to AEM.
- Lead the integration of solutions using AEM, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom solutions tailored to client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with WCM solutions leveraging the AEM platform, including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, and DAM.
- Strong knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Proven experience in creating and integrating solutions using AEM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AEM development and leadership roles.
