The team is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead their practice in delivering innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and implement robust digital experiences for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AEM architecture and development, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of web technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in AEM and digital transformation projects.
