About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Advisory Software Engineer specializing in AD/Azure to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities related to the Identity Management program, including execution, analysis, and reporting of cyber risks and vulnerabilities. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Identity Access Management, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SME experience for a team managing user access provisioning, deprovisioning, terminations, and password resets across multiple applications, including Dell OneIdentity.
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems.
- Analyze user access patterns and recommend improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Identity Access Management, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Proficient in identity management tools, particularly Dell OneIdentity.
- Experience with cyber risk analysis and vulnerability reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on identity management and cyber security.
