The team is seeking an Advisory Software Engineer who is a technology enthusiast with a strong background in Configure, Price, Quote tools and package technologies. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the success of the team operations by providing expert support and driving collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure optimal application availability.
- Act as the techno-functional point person for critical platforms, providing systems support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Drive initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Configure, Price, Quote tools and related technologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in systems support and application management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering or systems support.
