The team is seeking an Advisory Quality Assurance Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and deliver exceptional software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance.
- Analyze test results and report on quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
