The team is seeking a highly skilled Advisor in Quality Assurance Engineering to join their innovative team. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across their fintech solutions, contributing to the seamless movement of money and information globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance engineering, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
