About this role
The team is seeking an Advanced Software Engineer with strong embedded platform technical skills. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and will thrive as a team member in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software requirements and code in C, C++, and assembly languages.
- Work in a ROTS or bare-metal environment, ensuring compliance with various DO-178C levels.
- Manage competing priorities and drive to meet stretch goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in embedded software development.
- Proficient in C, C++, and assembly programming.
- Familiarity with DO-178C standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in embedded software engineering.
