The team is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites professional to join their team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on experience in AEM Sites, along with the ability to lead technical teams and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AEM Sites projects from conception to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement AEM Sites solutions that meet client needs.
- Ensure best practices in AEM development and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AEM technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM Sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in AEM Sites development and team leadership.
