Account Manager - Enterprise cloud - Farming

The team is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager specializing in enterprise cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving cloud transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their cloud journey and maximizing their investment in cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cloud services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud solutions and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the cloud services or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and their applications in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
