About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC Programmer to join their team, focusing on advanced automation and control systems for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves the full lifecycle of software solutions on Rockwell Automation platforms, from development and testing to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and debug PLC programs using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming and automation systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Rockwell Automation software.
- Proficient in RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 programming.
- Solid understanding of automation and control systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant certifications in PLC programming or automation are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
