About this role
As one of the Leads of IT Systems Architecture, you will play a crucial role within the systems team and across the company, contributing to the evolution of the team Systems Architecture roadmap and strategy. This includes the development and implementation of the Architecture and AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technology selection and evaluation processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align architectural strategies.
- Develop designs and solutions that help realize the architectural vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture aligns with business goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in architectural best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT systems architecture, with a focus on scalable and robust solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in leading architectural initiatives and driving change.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT systems architecture or a related field.
