About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Tech Architect to provide technical expertise for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM conversions, integrations, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of client requirements, mapping, configuring, and delivering solutions within business environments in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM projects.
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop effective solutions.
- Map and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
