About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee technical delivery across various initiatives involving Salesforce, AI agents, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, project delivery, and stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical delivery for projects involving Salesforce and AI technologies.
- Design and implement solutions that integrate enterprise systems and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and technical staff.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
- Practical experience in building or enabling AI agents and intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Agentforce, or similar technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on Salesforce and AI technologies.
