Our client is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to work on a contract basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. The role requires a strong background in Golang and experience in developing scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Golang applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Golang and its frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Golang.
