About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join their dynamic team. This is a remote position with occasional visits to Noida, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and integrating software solutions directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Deploy and configure software applications in client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Provide training and support to client teams on software usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 6-8 years in a similar role.
