About this role
The team is seeking an experienced ERP Integration Architect to join a global engineering team focused on delivering enterprise integration solutions for large-scale customers. This role is highly hands-on, requiring a passion for designing and building integrations, developing APIs, and solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop custom integration components where off-the-shelf tooling is insufficient.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with XML, JSON, and enterprise messaging standards.
- Integrate cloud platforms with legacy Windows and Linux applications.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, application, and compatibility issues.
- Develop reusable software components and integration services.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and customers to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to AI-driven integration and automation initiatives where appropriate.
- Produce clear technical documentation and adhere to software engineering best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial software development experience in C#, .NET, Java, C++, or Python.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise integrations.
- Strong API development experience (REST, SOAP).
- Experience working with XML and JSON.
- Experience integrating ERP or other enterprise business systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience working across Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.
Desirable Skills:
- ServiceNow integration or development experience.
- SAP integration experience.
- Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, webMethods, or similar middleware.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
