Job Description – Full Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications with **3+ years of professional development experience**.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.**
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
