We are looking for a Technical Lead who has 9 to 13 years of experience with strong architectural thinking and hands-on expertise, who can grow into an Enterprise Architect role within the next 3–5 years. This position will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving enterprise-grade products and solutions.
We value deep expertise, architectural thinking, and real-world problem-solving over the number of years worked.
### **What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Architect in enterprise-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in .NET/C#, ReactJS, RESTful APIs, and relational databases.
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to think long-term and evolve platforms toward enterprise architecture standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong mentoring mindset.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of enterprise applications built on .NET/C#, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and review frontend architectures using ReactJS, along with backend services and APIs.
- Define and govern application architecture, including service interactions, data models, and integration patterns.
- Drive best practices for API design, database design (RDBMS), and system scalability.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and guide development teams, helping engineers grow technically and architecturally.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
### **DevOps, Security & Cloud**
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset, including security, compliance, and automation best practices.
- Hands-on or architectural experience with AWS services, including cloud-native design principles.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and operational excellence across environments.
