Role Summary We need a hands-on ServiceNow AI engineer with proven experience implementing Now Assist agentic use cases. The role builds, tests and demonstrates working agentic solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform, connects them to external agents and platforms through MCP and A2A, and documents what works so J&J can make informed roadmap decisions.
