Senior Software Engineer
7+Years
150K + GST
Remote (Candidate should be open to visit client's office for onboarding)
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance backend microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Optimize system scalability, performance, caching, and concurrency.
Design and manage PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and distributed data architectures.
Implement Generative AI capabilities including RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and LLM integrations.
Build resilient backend systems with monitoring, observability, logging, tracing, and proactive alerting.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ensure secure development practices including OAuth2, OIDC, API security, and encryption.
Drive technical leadership through architecture reviews, best practices, and mentoring engineers.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask.
Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Event Hub.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience in system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and LLM-based applications.
Azure Certifications.
Exposure to AWS/GCP environments.
Frontend knowledge in React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript is a plus.
