About this role
**Professional Experience Required:**
- **5+ years** of hands-on experience spanning cloud platform engineering, systems administration, and DevOps practices.
**Platform & Systems (Must-Have)**
- Proven expertise in **Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP 4.x)** administration and ground-up builds.
- Strong Linux systems engineering (RHEL / RHCOS, systemd, networking namespaces, cgroups, kernel parameters).
- Advanced platform triage (kubelet, API server latency, container networking, certificate lifecycle).
**DevOps & Automation (Must-Have)**
- **GitOps & Declarative Config:** Hands-on experience withOpenShift GitOps, Helm, and Kustomize.
- **Scripting:** Strong competency in Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python for platform automation.
- **Registry & Image Management:** Experience with Quay, Harbor, or Artifactory, including image scanning and signing.
**Added Advantages (Differentiators)**
- **Wind River Cloud Platform (WRCP) / StarlingX:** Practical experience in deployment, edge operations, or troubleshooting.
- **OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF / Ceph / Rook):** Debugging storage pools, OSD failures, CSI drivers, and persistent volume claims.
- Familiarity with edge computing paradigms, low-latency telco profiles (PTP/IEEE 1588, real-time kernel, CPU isolation).
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹35,000,000.00 per year
