## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ applications, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and order management.

## Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CPQ applications, covering product configuration, catalog, pricing, discounting, quote management, approvals, contracts, and order management.

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT test cases.

• Validate Salesforce CPQ configurations, customizations, workflows, business rules, APIs, and integrations.

• Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.

• Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the defect lifecycle.

• Perform regression testing for Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, defect triage, and release validation.

• Contribute to improving test coverage, automation adoption, and QA processes.

## Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in QA, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing and Salesforce CPQ.

• Experience in both manual and automation testing.

• Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, and order management.

• Basic hands-on experience with at least one automation tool, preferably Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, test planning, test execution, and defect management.

• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, QA Complete, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.

• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration testing.

• Exposure to CI/CD and release management tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Copado.

• Salesforce CPQ certifications or relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Understanding of automation frameworks and reusable test components.

• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release validation processes.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
