We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing and AI-powered Agentforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

\* Validate AI agent responses, actions, workflows, and automation.
\* Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
\* Identify, document, and track defects to ensure quality delivery.
\* Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills
\* 7+ years of experience in QA and Salesforce testing.
\* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
\* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, test automation, and API testing.
