React Developer

Shift – 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Domain/Industry - Enterprise Applications, SaaS, and Public Sector projects.

**Role summary**

We're looking for a React developer with 5–6 years of experience who can build and own frontend features end toend, write clean and testable code, and guide junior developers.

**Responsibilities**

Build and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript

Convert UI designs and requirements into reusable, well-structured components

Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with backend teams

Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar

Keep applications fast, accessible, and consistent across browsers and devices

Write unit and integration tests

Review code, mentor junior developers, and help set frontend standards

Take part in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions

**Required skills**

5–6 years of frontend development, with at least 4 years in React

Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Hands-on with React Hooks, Context API, and at least one state management library

Experience with Next.js or a similar framework

Styling with Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or CSS Modules

Performance tuning: code splitting, lazy loading, memoization

Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools like Vite or Webpack

Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, SSO)

Good communication with both technical and non-technical people

**Good to have**

React Native experience

Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)

Node.js or a backend language like Java or .NET

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
