Qualification: Diploma/BE- Electrical/Mechanical
Role Purpose:
To lead quality assurance activities across projects and ensure zero-defect delivery of panels and switchgear systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead final inspection and testing activities
Prepare and review Quality Assurance Plans (QAPS)
Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections (TPI), and audits
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Guide junior QA engineers and inspectors
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
Monitor vendor quality and incoming material performance
Ensure compliance with customer, statutory, and industry standards
Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge of control panels & switchgear
Audit handling and customer interaction skills
Problem-solving and leadership capability
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
