Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Python + Java Developer** with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java and Python. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, web frameworks, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality software solutions in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Python.
• Build scalable and efficient backend applications using Spring Boot, Flask, or Django.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and optimized code.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Proven professional experience in both Java and Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Important Screening Criteria

• Candidates from **Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad are not eligible**.
• A valid and active LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
• LinkedIn profile must have a minimum of **150+ connections**.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in both Java and Python.
• Immediate / early joiners preferred.

• Contract Duration: 6–12 Months (Extendable)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
