Java Developer

We develop software solutions for the logistics and shipping industry, helping US-based businesses manage high-volume shipments, optimize shipping operations, and reduce shipping costs.

**Key Responsibilities**

:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Build scalable applications to handle high-volume business operations.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and defensive code.
• Develop applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement unit testing using JUnit or TestNG.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work with MySQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with team members and take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools.

**Requirements**

:

• 3–4 years of experience in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Streams.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of defensive coding, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with MySQL and SQL.
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

**Preferred Skills**

:

• Knowledge of Groovy, Grails, and Microservices.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of Gradle and Java 8.

**Qualifications**

:

• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong programming and analytical skills.
• Passion for learning and delivering quality software solutions.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
