About this role
The team is seeking a proactive GenAI Engineer / AI Builder / AI Agent Associate / AI Application Specialist to design and build AI-powered workflows and AI Agents that enhance business productivity across multiple functions. In this role, you will focus on supporting the AI and Risk Management team, while also collaborating with other business functions to create practical AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable effective Human + AI collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI Agents for business operations.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and observability for agent behaviors and safety rules.
- Create AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive business processes.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Build scalable AI applications that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Identify opportunities for AI to automate manual work, improve decision-making, and streamline operations.
- Build AI applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and design prompts and workflows for various business scenarios.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience building AI applications, AI Agents, or workflow automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI models such as OpenAI (GPT), Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Basic programming skills in Python and familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and third-party services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in FinTech, Trading, Risk Management, or digital assets is a plus.
