Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a dynamic and driven **AI/ML Engineer** to help us build, scale, and maintain intelligent applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data, machine learning research, and production software. You will work closely with product, backend, and data engineering teams to ship high-impact AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities

• **Model Development & Training:** Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs).
• **Production Deployment:** Build reliable, scalable inference pipelines and integrate AI services into web and backend applications.
• **Data Engineering & Preparation:** Perform data profiling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), cleaning, and feature engineering.
• **Retrieval & Generative Workflows:** Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, vector database integrations, and prompt-engineered workflows.
• **Monitoring & Optimization:** Monitor model accuracy, drift, latency, and resource costs in production, continuously iterating to improve performance.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical project experience).
• **Programming:** Strong proficiency in **Python** and clean software engineering fundamentals.
• **ML/AI Frameworks:** Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• **Generative AI & LLMs:** Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), Hugging Face ecosystem, and orchestrators like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• **Data & Databases:** Experience working with SQL, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus), and data pipelines.
• **MLOps & Infrastructure:** Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Pay: ₹383,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
