We are seeking a skilled and passionate **DevOps Engineer** to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and deployment systems. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and security teams to ensure our applications are highly scalable, secure, reliable, and continuously delivered.

**Technical Skills:**

• **Cloud Platforms:** Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (**AWS, GCP, or Azure**).
• **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Proficiency with **Terraform**, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• **Containerization & Orchestration:** Deep expertise in **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
• **CI/CD Tools:** Strong experience with build and automation tools such as **GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or ArgoCD**.
• **Scripting & Automation:** Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., **Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell**).
• **Monitoring & Logging:** Experience with **Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK/EFK Stack**, or CloudWatch.
• **Networking & Security:** Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and IAM policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Infrastructure Management & IaC:** Design, deploy, and manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• **CI/CD Pipeline Automation:** Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps) to streamline application deployment and testing.
• **Containerization & Orchestration:** Manage containerized environments using **Docker** and orchestrate clusters with **Kubernetes** (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
• **Monitoring & Observability:** Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog to ensure application health and performance.
• **Security & Compliance (DevSecOps):** Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines, manage access controls (IAM), enforce secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and ensure compliance across systems.
• **Incident Management & Reliability:** Participate in an on-call rotation, troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain high system uptime (SLAs/SLOs).
• **Cost Optimization & Performance Tuning:** Continuously analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, performance, and resource allocation.
• **Collaboration & Mentorship:** Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience, streamline build processes, and promote a DevOps culture.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
