**About The team**

The team (SEZ) is building a structured, AI-assisted academic operating system designed to transform traditional tutoring into a data-driven learning ecosystem .

Our internal platform includes modules such as:

• Student Directory
• Attendance Tracking
• Work Pool Management
• Test Performance Analytics
• Doubt Tracking System
• Syllabus Progress Timeline
• Cambridge & IB Academic Monitoring

We are not building client dashboards.

We are building a **real academic intelligence system** used daily by mentors and students.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Data Analytics & Dashboard Developer** who can:

• Design and refine internal academic dashboards
• Structure performance data into meaningful insights
• Improve visualization logic
• Strengthen academic tracking systems
• Contribute to the long-term AI-driven education model

This is a product-focused role inside a live academic environment.

**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Dashboard Architecture & Development**

• Design modular, scalable dashboards for academic tracking
• Improve UI clarity and usability for non-technical mentors
• Maintain clean state management and structured data flow
• Ensure responsiveness and performance optimization

**2. Academic Data Modeling**

Work with structured academic data such as:

• Student profiles
• Attendance logs
• Work item lifecycle (Assign → Pending → Completed)
• Test records (Upcoming vs Completed)
• Mistake analysis and performance trends
• Chapter start → milestone → finish timelines
• Doubt tracking and resolution cycles

You will refine how this data is stored, retrieved, and visualized.

**3. Learning Analytics & Trend Insights**

• Identify patterns in student performance
• Build comparative subject trend charts
• Develop strong/weak area visualizations
• Improve predictive logic for performance tracking
• Assist in building early-warning indicators

**4. Backend & Data Integrity**

• Work with Firebase / Firestore / structured JSON models
• Ensure data consistency across modules
• Improve logic between interconnected systems (e.g., Doubt → Work Pool updates)
• Optimize database structure for future scaling

**5. AI & Automation Integration (Future-Focused)**

• Support AI-assisted analysis features
• Explore automated insight generation
• Help design logic for intelligent recommendations
• Contribute to long-term predictive analytics goals

**Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Experience with React + TypeScript (preferred)
• Familiarity with dashboard frameworks
• Experience with chart libraries (Recharts, Chart.js, etc.)
• Experience handling structured JSON datasets
• Strong logical and systems thinking

**Preferred Technical Stack**

• React
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• Firebase (Firestore / Realtime DB)
• LocalStorage state modeling
• Basic analytics logic implementation

**Qualification**

• B.Tech / M.Tech (CS / IT / Data Science)
