Backend Engineer

Role summary

We require three highly experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot and modern

cloud-native application development. Candidates should have deep hands-on experience across application

development, distributed systems, API design, security, and observability.

Experience requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of Spring Boot development experience
• Proven experience building and supporting large-scale distributed applications
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices
• Build secure, high-performing REST APIs
• Implement OAuth-based authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Deploy and manage services in Azure environments
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability using Splunk and New Relic
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions

Pay: ₹1,349,000.00 - ₹3,560,000.00 per year
