Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **AI Automation & Integration Engineer** to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable AI-powered automation workflows across enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, and enterprise identity and access management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers and integrations to enable secure AI-powered workflows.
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, including Claude, for intelligent workflow automation.
- Develop and integrate APIs across enterprise platforms such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, AWS, and internal applications.
- Create reusable automation modules for employee onboarding, identity synchronization, user provisioning, data lifecycle management, and bulk CSV imports.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure API security, data integrity, audit logging, and compliance with enterprise security requirements.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and implement automated testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, and workflow design documents.
- Collaborate with AI, IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and scalable automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, API integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with **Model Context Protocol (MCP)**, including MCP server development and integration.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, AI-to-API orchestration, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Experience working with Claude or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong API development and integration skills, including REST APIs and enterprise SaaS integrations.
- Experience integrating platforms such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, and AWS.
- Knowledge of IAM, SAML/SSO, RBAC, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong understanding of API security, audit logging, data integrity, and compliance.
- Experience with TDD, automated testing, monitoring, debugging, and technical documentation.
- Ability to design reusable, maintainable, and scalable integration frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing technical design documents, RFCs, and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs).
- Experience building reusable automation frameworks and enterprise integration modules.
- Knowledge of identity provisioning, synchronization, and access lifecycle management.
- Experience developing dashboards and tracking automation metrics, usage, and efficiency improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
